You have 14 days from when you receive your order to request the return of it. For the return to be valid, the product must not have any signs of having been used and the packaging used to make the shipment must be the original. The conditions vary according to the reason of the return.

Size changes

If you have ordered the wrong size do not worry, send us an email indicating what size you would need and we will answer you with the steps needed. You have to take into account that you will have to bear the expenses of the return and the shipment of the new ring. Take into account that we will not ship the new ring until we receive the return.

As we prepare one order, we take special consideration to avoid these kind of mistakes. However, if this happen to you, do not worry. You can return it free of any cost and we will send you the correct product back.  Remember you'll have to use the original packaging. Anyhow, send us an email with the details of your situation and some photos attached. We will answer you with the steps for the return process.

If you want to return your order but it is not for any of the above reasons, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Send us an email and we will answer you with the steps to follow. As soon as we receive the return package we will process the refund.
