You have 14 days from when you receive your order to request the return of it. For the return to be valid, the product must not have any signs of having been used and the packaging used to make the shipment must be the original. The conditions vary according to the reason of the return.

Defective or incorrect item
As we prepare one order, we take special consideration to avoid these kind of mistakes. However, if this happen to you, do not worry. You can return it free of any cost and we will send you the correct product back. Remember you'll have to use the original packaging.

If you want to return your order but it is not for any of the above reasons, you will have to pay for the return shipping costs. Send us an email and we will answer you with the steps to follow. As soon as we receive the return package we will process the refund.
At Rocio Jewels we usually work on demand, what does this mean? That the pieces are handcrafted when there is an order from a customer. In this way we manage to not have a surplus of stock and thus not waste material. The working time varies according to the piece and its finish, from 2 to 10 days. However, sometimes we have bit of stock in the workshop and you can check it here.
Shipments are made with Certified Post and once we have made the shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number with which you can control the status of your order.

Europe: € 8 (4 to 6 working days)
Rest of the world: € 12 (from 6 to 11 working days)
